Returns
Upon receipt of the order, the Buyer shall make all necessary checks to detect any damage, defects, faults or other apparent deficiencies as well as any non-conformity of the Products delivered with his order.In particular, the Buyer shall check the condition of the packaging, the number of packages, and the Products in terms of quantity, reference, condition and characteristics.

In order for your claim not to be considered ineligible, the buyer must:
- Indicate on the bill of lading the exact reserves and those resulting from defects or shortages, bearing in mind that general reserves of the type "subject to unpacking reserve" are insufficient.
- Reserve for damage or shortages and formulate your other reservations to MonteoConcept's customer service department, monteoconcept@gmail.com
- Confirm your reservations for damage or shortages by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the carrier within 24 hours of delivery, holidays not included.
Buyer must send a copy of this claim to MonteoConcept subject to the same conditions.
Buyer must similarly be able to provide any proof required in connection with the validity of the claims submitted and offer MonteoConcept, its carriers or any person authorized by them, the necessary means to proceed with their verification; buyer must refrain from interfering or having a third party interfere for this purpose.
Accepted claims will result in the replacement of the defective or non-conforming Product or a refund in the event of unavailability. Returned Product must be delivered to MonteoConcept's carriers in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with all accessories.
MonteoConcept offers you the opportunity to return your purchases within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
When returning promotional items whose discount applies to one item, or promotions discounted from the total purchase amount, the amount to be returned will be the amount the customer paid for the item which will be shown on the purchase receipt, not the price at which the item was not on promotion.
Any sums previously collected by MonteoConcept that should have been returned to customers by the provisions of this clause will, as far as possible, be repaid by the same means of payment that would have been used at purchase.
MonteoConcept is not responsible for the return of goods that have not reached the company's warehouse.
MonteoConcept will continue to pay the relevant amount in the same way as it was paid.
Once the item has been received, MonteoConcept will proceed to carefully examine the returned product. If the item is defective, we will proceed to replace it. The replacement will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of receipt of MonteoConcept the item.< In case of unavailability, the amount will be refunded within 30 days.
