Ordering Process
Direct online purchasing is not available on this website. You can browse our product catalog, view detailed descriptions, and add items to your cart. At the checkout stage, you won’t be able to complete a purchase directly. Instead, please enter your email address in the cart/checkout area to save your selections. Once we receive your cart details, we’ll contact you to confirm your order and provide next steps.

Payments are processed via bank transfer only, and details will be shared after we contact you. All listed product prices do not include VAT. Delivery costs are not included in the product prices and will be calculated and added to the total upon order confirmation.
Delivery Information
The delivery method will be specified when your order is confirmed. In Bulgaria, goods can be picked up from our warehouse. For home delivery, the recipient (or an authorized person) must sign the delivery note to confirm receipt. Signing does not imply acceptance of the product’s condition but only verifies delivery. This does not affect your contractual rights.
If there are any issues with the delivery (e.g., missing items, damaged products, or opened goods), please notify us within 24 hours of receipt at monteoconcept@gmail.com or via WhatsApp (+359 888 411 1520). This helps us address incidents promptly without affecting your legal rights.
Note: Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address, as a signature is required. MonteoConcept is not responsible for collections made by unauthorized individuals if delivery is completed at the agreed location.
Risk of loss, damage, or theft transfers to the buyer upon delivery or the first delivery attempt on the agreed date. Indicative delivery times are:
- Home Delivery: 1–6 working weeks, depending on the country and shipment type, assuming stock availability and no customizations (e.g., color changes).
Your furniture will arrive packed in boxes or on pallets for maximum protection. Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a date within the estimated timeframe. Before submitting your cart, please verify that the product’s size and volume can be accommodated through access routes (e.g., stairs, doors, elevators) at your delivery location. Specify any obstacles in your cart submission or inquiry form to avoid delays or additional costs.
If delivery fails due to the buyer’s absence or unreported access issues, additional delivery fees may apply, or the order may be canceled. Risk transfers to the buyer upon the first delivery attempt on the agreed date.
For orders with multiple items of differing availability, we may offer to split the delivery. Additional delivery costs will apply to each shipment.
Product Information
Teak Wood, Rattan, and Artisanal Products: Due to the handmade nature of some items and technical adaptations, delivered products may slightly differ from those shown on the website or catalog (e.g., color variations due to internet display differences). These differences do not impact essential characteristics or quality and are not grounds for cancellation or refusal of delivery. Manufacturing homogeneity cannot be guaranteed for artisanal products, but this does not affect their functionality or value.
